Save Purchase Lists

You can save several purchase lists and view and change them in the Purchase Lists section of your account. You can complete a valid order from your purchase list with just one click. You can also share the purchase lists with your team.

Subaccounts

You have registered with a main account. You can now add your employees as sub-accounts and set the authorization for each employee individually. You can define who can have and view conversations, who can create and view purchase lists and who can place orders.

Order Status Overview

After you have placed an order, you can view the status of your order at any time. You can see whether your deposit has been received, what stage of production your products are in and, later, details about shipping.

FAQ’s

Payment information

What are your payment terms? OEM.cloud sends Proforma invoices for approval and deposit payments. After your balance payment and right before shipping you will get a commercial invoice for custom handling. The payments have to go through bank transfer!

Which currency do you accept? We accept payments in USD and RMB.

Is your Invoicing flexible? Yes, of course it is: For any special requirements in regards of currency and invoice location or invoicing to different companies please let us always know at the beginning of your setup with our Customer Success Team.

Do you accept Paypal or Credit Cards? We currently don’t accept this kind of payment for regular transfers. If you have this demand, kindly let us know and we will revert. 

Can you handle LC’s? Yes, we can offer Letter of Credit Terms routed through the bank if the LC’s is officially provided by your bank. 

Do you accept Bitcoin or other Cryptocurrencies? We have a Bitcoin Wallet and can offer this terms for certain transactions which are subject to approval. 

Do you accept Alipay or WeChat Pay? Yes, for RMB Transactions we can accept Alipay and WeChat pay!

 

 

Which brands are you working with?

We work with various brands. Firstly with many B2B Cooperate Brands which we are happy to share as far as this is within our legal commitment. 

For Retail Brands we are happy to show you products which we handle. Please understand that we have various non-disclosure-agreements and we are valuing them, so we will be secretive about any standing agreement. 

Can I get a sample before ordering a product?

Of course this is possible. Either you prefer a physical sample or we can also offer a live and online review to accelerate the process and shorten the decision making time. Depending on the Product and / or the timeline either option can make sense.

Do you offer certificates?

Yes, we offer declaration of conformity certification. Everything is prepared in your name, so you just need to sign it.

How long it takes untill I recieve my products?

Depending on the product category it can vary from 10 days for a simple phone case, to 45 days for complicated technical products. The average production time is about 30 days. However, in our B2B OEM.cloud shop the production times are visible for each product and verified.
