Quality Control Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our team in Shenzhen, China. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control principles and practices, and be able to effectively manage and lead a quality control team. The role will involve visiting our factories, inspecting products, and ensuring that they meet our high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Visit our factories and inspect products to ensure that they meet our quality standards
• Develop and implement quality control procedures
• Manage and lead a team of quality control inspectors
• Identify and resolve quality issues
• Work with suppliers to improve quality performance
• Stay up-to-date on the latest quality control trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel and live in Shenzhen, China
